Responsibilities

• Studying the market in target countries, identifying new markets, and monitoring market trends and competition 
• Mandatorily should have Shipment knowledge of Countries i.e. Dubai, Jakarta, US etc. 
• Developing new business accounts, sales plans, and marketing campaigns 
• Maintaining and developing relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction .
• Negotiating sale terms and closing business with clients. 
• Organizing licenses and other legal requirements for products. 
• Managing orders, contracts, and export documents.
• Solving any problems with exports. 
• Coordinating with purchase, production, and logistics departments.
• Creating proposals and presentations to convey the organization's value proposition.
• Attending trade shows and conferences to represent the firm and bring in new customers. 

Qualifications

• Post Graduation in Sales and Marketing.

Work Experience requirements:

• Min 8 years of independent working in Export Sales in the Steel Market is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading a team.
