We are seeking a proactive and experienced Land Acquisition Executive to support our solar energy projects by identifying and securing suitable land parcels for utility-scale and distributed solar installations. Key Responsibilities Identify suitable land parcels (agricultural, barren, or government lease land) for solar projects Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments based on land size, connectivity, and grid proximity Coordinate with local brokers, landowners, and authorities for site visits and negotiations Manage land due diligence process, including title verification, legal clearance, and encumbrance checks Facilitate the signing of agreements: MoUs, Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, etc. Ensure timely registration of land documents and mutation in records Liaise with government departments for land conversion, NA approval, and other statutory clearances Maintain accurate records of all land acquisition processes and documentation Collaborate with the project development and legal teams to support overall project timelines Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline (Preference: B.A., B.Com., BBA, or Law) Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, preferably in the renewable energy sector Strong knowledge of local land laws, title verification, and regulatory processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively to rural and semi-urban areas Local language proficiency is a must (based on region of posting) Familiarity with mapping tools (Google Earth, GIS) is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person

We are seeking a Transmission Engineer to manage and coordinate transmission-related activities for our solar projects. The role involves ensuring smooth power evacuation, liaising with state and central transmission utilities, and supporting project development from grid connectivity to commissioning. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with state/national transmission utilities and regulatory authorities for transmission approvals. Manage processes related to grid connectivity, load flow studies, and transmission line approvals. Ensure timely execution of transmission agreements, PPA/PSA compliances, and related documentation. Monitor transmission project progress and support the technical team during implementation. Conduct regular follow-ups with DISCOMs/STUs/CTU and relevant stakeholders.
