Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Manager position at Nine Hertz India Pvt Ltd requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within complex sales cycles and high-value contracts. As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new enterprise clients and expand existing relationships. This role involves lead generation, relationship building at the C-level, and driving revenue growth across key accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new enterprise clients and expand existing relationships. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at the executive level. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition. - Accurately forecast sales performance and achieve/exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategy and product development. - Mentor and support junior sales staff (if applicable). Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). - 8-10 years of enterprise/B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS/Technology/Consulting or a relevant industry. - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and solution selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN). - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. - Ability to travel as required (10-30%, depending on the role).
