Facilitate HR process and operations audits according to management policies. Coordinate with vendors for all statutory compliance related to PF, PT, ESI, Superannuation, and Gratuity. Implement the latest amendments and notifications pertaining to labor and employment law at an organizational level and manage labor inspections. Manage service level agreements and client contracts to ensure compliance with HR statutory regulations. Provide support and clarification to relevant stakeholders regarding applicable laws. Compliance under Industrial Act, Wage Code, and Motor Vehicle Act, including the registration of the same. Coordinate monthly submissions of onsite labor compliance audits, including Indemnity Bond Undertaking Letter, Declaration Letter, and Compliance Certificates, and prepare audit reports. Manage service level agreements and client contracts to ensure compliance with HR statutory regulations. Provide support and clarification to relevant stakeholders regarding applicable laws. Track HR compliance and update changes in employment and labor laws on the online portal. Coordinate monthly submissions of onsite labor compliance audits, including Indemnity Bond, Undertaking Letter, Declaration Letter, and Compliance Certificates, and prepare audit reports. Collaborate with the legal team, Driver Management team, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to implement HR compliance solutions. Expertise in Handling with PF/ESIC/PT/LWF/Labour/Wage authorities Responsible for timely statutory payments, remittance Registration Licenses renewal Attending to legal notices Statutory inspections Experience Required: Willingness to travel to regional sites on a weekly basis. Hands-on experience with labor laws, HR compliances, and statutory activities. Strong understanding of PF, ESI, TDS, Wages Acts and Factories Act. Handle audits, pre-audits, and close audits. Statutory compliance and knowledge of employment law, with the skills to execute the same. Experience in contract labor management. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting tools.
