Job Description

As the Human Resources Specialist/Manager at SPPL, you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Your strategic thinking, strong communication, and organizational skills will be key in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all employees. **Key Responsibilities:** - Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and interviewing to hiring and onboarding new employees. - Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, handling inquiries, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. - Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes, employee development programs, and feedback mechanisms. - Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - HR Data and Reporting: Maintain HR records, generate reports, and utilize data for strategic planning and decision-making. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain updated knowledge of industry standards. - Training and Development: Coordinate or facilitate employee training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs. **Qualification Required:** - Educational Qualification: MBA HR - Skills: - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. As an individual, you should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects. You are expected to be a team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a full-time job opportunity with benefits including paid time off and Provident Fund. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in HR, with proficiency in English language preferred. Please note that the work location for this position is in person.,
