Senior Human Resources Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute hiring plans to meet high-volume staffing needs in the fast-paced BPO environment.

• Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, databases, and networking to find and attract qualified candidates.

• Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and use various assessment tools (like aptitude and soft skill tests) to evaluate candidates.

*

• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and coordinate the selection process.

*

• Onboarding: Assist new hires with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

*

• Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.

*

• Employer Branding: Promote the company as a great place to work to attract more talent.

*

• Compliance & Metrics: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and provide reports on key recruitment metrics.

*

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates at every stage of the recruitment process

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.06 - ₹35,180.80 per month
