Job Description

Role Overview: As a Human Resources Specialist in Recruitment at the Noida team, your primary responsibility will be managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles. This includes job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Developing and maintaining a robust talent pipeline through job boards, social media platforms, and referrals will be crucial. Additionally, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and creating effective job descriptions will be a key aspect of your role.
