Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Mulund - Mumbai.

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer closure.

Understand client or internal requirements and deliver quality profiles.

Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.

Negotiate salary and ensure smooth onboarding.
