HR Recruiter

Alwarpet, Chennai

The HR Recruiter will manage the full cycle of recruitment at Sevalaya—from identifying hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, to onboarding new employees. They will work closely with hiring managers, maintain recruitment metrics, and support Sevalaya’s employer-branding and talent-pipeline efforts.

• Partner with department heads / hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and define Job descriptions.
• Source candidates via Job portals, Social media, Referrals, Networking and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (telephonic/video/face-to-face) and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate further rounds of interviews, provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and Issue Offer letters, Negotiate salary when required, and supporting joining of the Candidates.
• Maintain Candidate databases, recruitment dashboards/tracking
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support employer-branding initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, Labour regulations, and Organisational values.
• Support onboarding of new employees: Documentation, Induction coordination, hand-over to HR operations.
• Assist in building a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  

• Any UG or PG Degree
• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment / HR generalist environment.
• Sound knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Job portals, Social media sourcing, Applicant tracking databases or HRMS.
• Excellent communication, Interpersonal and Organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Meet timelines, manage multiple job requisitions.
• High level of commitment, willingness to grow with the Organisation.
