Senior - Donor Relations

Donor Relations will lead Sevalaya’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This role involves building and nurturing long-term relationships with donors, developing fundraising strategies, and ensuring sustainable financial support for the organization’s programs and goals. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement a comprehensive donor relations and fundraising strategy. · Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, foundations, and CSR teams. · Identify new donor prospects and funding opportunities. · Coordinate donor communications, reports, and acknowledgments. · Organize donor visits, events, and engagement activities. · Work closely with internal teams to align fundraising goals with program needs. · Maintain accurate donor records and track contributions. · Ensure transparency and compliance in all fundraising activities. Requirements: · Minimum 10 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or a similar role. · Good in handling team · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong leadership and networking abilities. · Experience in the nonprofit sector preferred. · Passion for social impact and alignment with Sevalaya’s mission.
