Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive - Recruitment. The position is based in Noida and involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs. Additional day-to-day tasks include supporting HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining positive employee relations. The role requires coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth human resource management practices and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of HR Management and HR Operations
• Proven skills in Employee Relations and developing HR Policies
• Knowledge and experience in general Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in HR management are a plus
