Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive Recruitment position located in Gandhinagar. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring the effective management of human resources within the organization. Daily tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
