Job Title: Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) Consultant Job Location: Remote Key Responsibilities : Lead and deliver Oracle Fusion Recruitment Cloud (ORC) implementations and enhancements. Collaborate with business users and HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Configure Oracle Fusion ORC functionalities including career sites, job templates, candidate experience, recruiting workflows, offers, and approvals. Perform gap analysis, functional design, and setup using Oracle’s Functional Setup Manager (FSM). Ensure seamless integration with other Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Learn, Payroll). Develop reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and support data migration via HDL and HCM Extracts. Provide post-go-live support and conduct user training sessions. Stay updated with Oracle quarterly releases, test new features, and provide impact assessments. Work with Oracle Support for issue resolution and SR management. Key Skills : Oracle Fusion HCM : Solid understanding of the Fusion HCM Suite and business processes. Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) : Deep knowledge of ORC features, setup, and best practices. Fusion Functional Setup Manager (FSM) : Experience in configuration and functional setups. Reporting Tools : OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts. Data Tools : HCM Data Loader (HDL), Spreadsheet Data Loader. Business Process Knowledge : Recruitment lifecycle, offer approvals, candidate experience. Integration Awareness : Familiarity with integration touchpoints (REST APIs, external systems like LinkedIn, background verification platforms). Documentation & Training : SOPs, user manuals, test scripts, training delivery. Stakeholder Engagement : Strong communication, requirement gathering, and presentation skills. Documentation & Training : Creation of user guides, training materials, and SOPs.
