INTERN IT RECRUITMENT

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements shared by clients.
• Source and connect with candidates through

  calls, emails, and job portals

• Communicate job details clearly and professionally to candidates.
• Screen and evaluate applicants based on skills and suitability.
• Coordinate

  interviews and feedback

  between candidates and clients.
• Support in

  offer discussions, joining follow-ups, and onboarding

  .

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any stream).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

  (English + regional languages preferred).
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with candidates.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & internet tools.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a

  target-driven environment
