Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Specialist. The role involves analyzing and understanding business processes, consulting on Oracle HR and Oracle Applications, and integrating solutions to meet client needs. The Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless integration and implementation of Oracle solutions within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in analyzing Business Processes
• Expertise in Consulting on Oracle HR and Oracle Applications
• Experience with Integration of Oracle solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in a technical specialist role, particularly in Oracle Fusion HCM, is highly desirable
