Job Description

As a dynamic and skilled Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. Working closely with hiring managers, you will play a crucial role in understanding staffing needs and contributing to building a strong talent pool. - Create and post job openings on various platforms. - Search and attract potential candidates using job boards, social media, and networks. - Review resumes and shortlist candidates. - Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds. - Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process. - Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. - Assist with the onboarding process for new hires. - Keep track of candidate data and recruitment metrics. Qualification Required: - Education: Degree in Human Resources, MBA, or a related field. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and establish trust with candidates and teams. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data management and reporting.,
