Role: HR Executive – Recruitment

📍 Location: Mussoorie

💰 CTC: ₹3 LPA

What You’ll Do

• Source and screen candidates for hotel departments (FO, HK, F&B, Ops, etc.)
• Manage postings on LinkedIn, Naukri & hospitality networks
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and joining documentation
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records
• Support payroll and basic HR operations

Who You Are

• 1–3 years experience in HR or recruitment (hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication & follow-up skills
• Google Sheets / Excel savvy
• Positive, organized, and people-oriented
