We’re Hiring! HR Executive (1–2 Years) & HR Intern – IT Industry | Nellore - WFO



🔹 HR Executive (1-2 Years Experience)


Responsibilities:


- Oversee end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll.

- Drive employee engagement, performance evaluation, and compliance adherence.

- Manage HR records, facilitate policy implementation, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.

- Collaborate with leadership for HR strategy enhancements.


🎓 Qualifications:


- MBA in Human Resources (Required)

- 1-2 years of HR experience (IT industry background preferred).

- Proficiency in payroll processing and HRMS tools.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.


🔹 HR Intern


Responsibilities:

- Support IT recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

- Assist in onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation.

- Gain insights into payroll administration, HR analytics, and day-to-day HR functions.


🎓 Qualifications:


- MBA in Human Resources (Required)

- Enthusiastic about a career in HR / IT recruitment.

- Effective communication and analytical aptitude.
