Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets. Handle end-to-end sales for residential and commercial properties. Generate leads through various marketing platforms and channel partners. Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and property launches. Conduct site visits, virtual tours, and client meetings as needed. Ensure timely closures and documentation of property transactions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–6 years of proven sales experience in real estate (Noida/Dubai markets preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead a team and manage performance. Excellent knowledge of property laws, RERA regulations, and documentation. Tech-savvy with CRM tools and MS Office proficiency.
