Job Title: Portfolio Manager Reports to: Branch Head/Regional Sales Head Location: Noida Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales leadership, team management, and customer relationship building. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives 2. Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals 3. Set sales targets and track performance 4. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders 5. Conduct market research and analyze competitors 6. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support 8. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends Requirements: 1. 5+ years of sales experience in the real estate industry 2. Proven track record of sales leadership and team management 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets 5.
