Role: Business Development ExecutiveKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand staff recruitment and HR E-commerce business across Tamil Nadu & India. Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients (corporates, SMEs, consultancies). Handle field visits, corporate meetings, promotional activities, and client presentations. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure service delivery, and achieve business targets. Coordinate with the UAE head office for project updates and support. Promote HR OF WORLD’s India and UAE recruitment services. Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years experience in field marketing / business development in Tamil Nadu. Strong network within Coimbatore / TN companies is an added advantage. Good communication skills in Tamil & English. Experience in HR, staffing, or recruitment industry is highly preferred. Ability to work independently and travel within Tamil Nadu for business meetings. Energetic, target-driven, and sales-oriented mindset.
