Job Description

As a HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager at LIQVD ASIA, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, and talent management. Here's what you can expect in this dynamic role: - **Strategic HR Partnership**: - Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and workforce needs. - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. - Drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - **Talent Management & Workforce Planning**: - Identify talent gaps and workforce planning needs, focusing on hiring and succession planning. - Support recruitment efforts to attract top talent. - Lead performance management cycles, including goal setting and career development plans. - **Employee Engagement & Culture Building**: - Drive employee engagement initiatives and enhance workplace culture. - Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues. - Design programs to boost employee retention and motivation. - **HR Operations & Compliance**: - Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company guidelines. - Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. - Monitor HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making. - **Learning & Development**: - Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D teams to design development programs. - Support leadership development and upskilling initiatives. **Key Skills & Competencies**: - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Data-driven mindset for analyzing HR metrics. - Experience in handling complex employee relations issues. **Qualifications**: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role. - Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.
