As an experienced HR Admin with 5-7 years of expertise in HR And Admin within the construction industry, your role will involve managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies at various sites. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the full employee life cycle from recruitment to onboarding across multiple sites - Developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and best practices tailored to the construction industry - Coordinating with site managers to understand workforce needs and address HR-related issues - Managing the company's talent acquisition strategy, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding - Monitoring employee performance and supporting professional development - Ensuring compliance with all local labor laws and regulations applicable to the construction industry - Serving as a strategic business partner to the leadership team on people-related initiatives - Maintaining employee records and handling all HR-related documentation and reporting Your skills and qualifications should include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in Orissa - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using HRIS and productivity software - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule and a remote work location.,
