Role

At RetainIQ, we are building the future of retention marketing for eCommerce brands. As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our people function. You will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement. A critical part of your role will be driving recruitment efforts, helping us attract, assess, and hire top talent that aligns with our culture and growth ambitions.

You'll also serve as a trusted advisor to managers, enabling them to lead high-performing teams with confidence. By simplifying access to HR resources, optimizing processes, and developing scalable people practices, you can ensure a seamless and empowering experience for both employees and leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with leadership to define role requirements, evaluate candidates, and ensure a strong cultural fit.

People Programs & Engagement

  • Support the delivery of key people initiatives such as performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and career development programs.
  • Act as a liaison between business leaders and central People/HR functions, ensuring alignment between company goals and people practices.

Process Optimization

  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies, leveraging technology and automation to streamline HR processes.
  • Build knowledge hubs and resources to empower managers and employees with easy access to information.

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Drive initiatives that foster inclusion, engagement, and high performance.
  • Support crisis management, incident response, and sensitive employee relations cases with sound judgment.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience, with proven success in managing recruitment and the full employee lifecycle.
  • Strong track record in talent acquisition, from sourcing to closing candidates across diverse functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Passion for leveraging technology to scale HR operations and improve employee experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
