The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales or appointments. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM. Generate leads and meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Follow up with interested customers via calls or emails. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Handle customer objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions.

Prepare students for airline interviews through mock interviews, GD sessions, and resume building. Deliver engaging and interactive classroom and practical training sessions. Ensure students are industry-ready by improving their confidence, fluency, and presentation. Update and maintain training content, attendance, and performance records. Stay informed about current airline recruitment trends and eligibility criteria. Provide individual mentorship and feedback to enhance student performance. Coordinate with the academic team to maintain training standards and course delivery timelines.
