Telecaller Outbound

Job Title: Outbound Telecaller – Educational Courses Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Outbound Telecaller to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents, explaining course details, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions for our educational programs. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students or parents from the provided database or leads. Explain course offerings, features, duration, fees, and career opportunities. Follow up with interested leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Provide excellent customer service and build a positive relationship with prospects. Coordinate with the counselling and marketing teams to support enrollment activities. Handle queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the senior counsellor if required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or similar role preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language. Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
