Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Online Lead Generation Specialist & Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, managing ad campaigns, and boosting brand visibility through SEO, social media, and paid advertising strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Develop and execute online lead generation strategies through Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn, and email campaigns. Identify, research, and target potential customers using online tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar databases. Create effective lead magnets (landing pages, forms, campaigns) to capture qualified leads. Manage CRM entries and track the entire lead funnel — from acquisition to conversion. Collaborate with sales teams to qualify and nurture leads for business opportunities. Digital Marketing & Advertising Plan, implement, and monitor paid campaigns across platforms: Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads. Optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize ROI and minimize CPL (Cost per Lead). Manage and grow social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with engaging posts, reels, and brand updates. Stay updated with algorithm changes and platform updates for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. SEO & Website Optimization Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and backlink strategy to improve organic traffic. Optimize website content, meta tags, titles, and images to enhance ranking on search engines. Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Prepare monthly SEO reports and implement recommendations for continuous improvement. Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance across all digital channels and prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs (CTR, CPL, conversions, reach, etc.). Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization. Present results and growth strategies to management and clients.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our products or services, handling customer queries, and generating leads or appointments for our marketing and sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain customer database and call records in CRM or Excel. Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain a polite and professional communication tone with all customers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th Pass / Graduate. Good communication skills in English and local language (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada preferred as per region). Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer support is an added advantage.
