We are looking for a confident and motivated Female Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our products or services, handling customer queries, and generating leads or appointments for our marketing and sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain customer database and call records in CRM or Excel. Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain a polite and professional communication tone with all customers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th Pass / Graduate. Good communication skills in English and local language (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada preferred as per region). Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer support is an added advantage.
