We are looking for a well experienced Centre Sales Manager who has worked in the education industry (not including school and College). We prefer a centre sales manager or admissions head who has aviation training academy background. The same role in a secondary education institute or academy will be very good as well.
Roles and responsibilities are as follows:-
1. Handling the entire operations of the center
2. Taking counselling sessions about the course for students and parents and convincing them to enroll.
3. Taking care of throughout responsibility of training and placements of the students.
3. Handling the entire administration of the center.
4. Handling the complete collections of a particular center.
5. Making daily reports
6. Taking care of certification of the students.
7. Batch Formation, attendance of the students, fees collection and other operations.
8. Centre Sales Manager has to ensure: -
a) No dropouts
b) Certification
c) Upselling
d) PTMs
e) Student engagement activities
f) Placement of students in center Minimum Education - Graduate Minimum Work Experience - Total 2-4 years of work experience as hardcore sales especially in the secondary education industry.
Exposure/Experience Required
1. Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Candidates having experience in reputed retail Educational Institutes as Centre Head, Centre Sales Manager, Head of Admissions, Senior Education Counsellor can apply for this role.
