The Tele Caller is responsible for reaching out to prospective customers/students over the phone Explaining Academy services, addressing queries, and ensuring lead conversion or customer satisfaction. **Core responsibilities** 1* Lead generation: Making outbound calls to generate new leads and identify potential customers.  2*Customer engagement: Building rapport with customers by understanding their needs and communicating product benefits.  3*Account management: Maintaining relationships with existing/ New customers and ensuring satisfaction.  4*Record keeping: Accurately logging customer information, sales details, and call activities in a CRM system.  5*Follow-up: Conducting follow-up calls to nurture leads and address customer inquiries.  6*Reporting: Creating and presenting sales reports to management.  **Essential skills** 1*Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.  2*Goal-oriented: A strong focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.  3*Closing skills: Guiding the conversation to a successful sale.
