Content Creation: Draft persuasive copy (English & Hindi) and design eye-catching posts in Canva. AI-Powered Output: Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva Magic) to ideate, write, and refine content. Platform Management: Support daily publishing and community engagement on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Reporting: Track basic analytics and suggest tweaks to improve reach, engagement, and conversion. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collections department, formulating strategies to improve collections, monitoring accounts to identify outstanding debts, contacting debtors for repayment, and negotiating payment plans. Additionally, the role involves reviewing collection reports, maintaining records of collection and status of accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and collaborating with other departments to manage delinquent accounts.
