Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential or existing clients (often in US time zones) to promote products, services, or gather info. Customer Interaction: Handling inbound calls, answering questions, resolving complaints, and building customer relationships. Sales & Lead Generation: Generating interest, converting leads, and achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Data Management: Accurately recording and updating customer details in CRM/databases. Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company's offerings.  Essential Skills & Qualifications: Strong verbal communication & persuasion skills. Ability to work in a night shift (international calling focus). Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software). Problem-solving and rapport-building. Educational Qualification: Often 10th/12th pass or degree, depending on the role.  Work Environment: Call center or office-based, supporting different time zones (US, etc.). Target-driven and performance-oriented. Full-time, permanent roles available.
