Personal Secretary

AAKASH FERTILITY HOSPITAL : 100 FEET ROAD, VADAPALANI, CHENNAI - 600 026 FEMALE FLUENT IN ENGLISH - MUST Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain personnel files and confidential employee records. Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments for the HR department. Draft letters, memos, emails, and reports as instructed by HR or management. Assist in onboarding processes, including preparation of joining kits and documentation. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails related to HR matters. Maintain leave, attendance, and other employee records. Coordinate with various departments for employee-related needs. Help prepare payroll information by collecting and entering data. Support recruitment by organizing candidate interviews and maintaining resumes. Maintain stock and office supplies for the HR/Admin office. Follow up with employees on HR documentation and compliance requirements. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR Manager. Key Skills and Competencies:Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and confidentiality Time management and problem-solving skills Knowledge of basic HR procedures is an advantage Educational Qualification:Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related) Diploma in Secretarial Practice or HR is a plus Experience:1–3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative support role Prior experience in HR or personnel department is preferred
