Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Responsibilities: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.) Manage and optimize company website and landing pages for SEO and conversion Monitor and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. Generate content ideas and collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy Improve user experience and brand awareness across digital platforms Requirements: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email marketing platforms Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices Experience in e-commerce, B2B, or B2C digital marketing Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
