Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels on Amazon, Walmart.com, and our own websites*. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing product listings, driving sales growth, managing promotions, handling inventory coordination, analyzing performance data, and ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience across all platforms. --- Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management (Amazon & Walmart.com): * Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content, videos, attributes). * Manage product uploads, catalog updates, and ensure compliance with Walmart & Amazon guidelines. * Plan and execute PPC advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Walmart Sponsored Products). * Monitor and improve organic rankings through SEO strategies. * Track Buy Box performance, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis. * Handle promotions, deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns. * Manage customer feedback, product reviews, and resolve disputes. Website Management (Shopify / Magento / WooCommerce / Custom CMS): * Update and maintain product catalog, pricing, and inventory on the company website(s). * Collaborate with design and development teams for UX improvements. * Manage website merchandising, banners, and homepage updates. * Coordinate with SEO team for on-page optimization and traffic growth. * Support integration with marketplaces (Amazon/Walmart) to sync inventory and orders. Data & Analytics: * Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for Amazon, Walmart, and website sales. * Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, and marketing ROI. * Provide insights and recommendations to increase revenue and reduce operational inefficiencies. Cross-Functional Coordination: * Work with marketing for promotions, campaigns, and content strategy. * Coordinate with operations & logistics for inventory forecasting, order fulfillment, and returns. * Collaborate with finance for reconciliation, payments, and profit margin analysis. Key Skills & Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field. * *2–5 years of experience* managing Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central and Walmart Seller Center. * Strong knowledge of *Amazon/Walmart SEO, PPC, A+ content, and policies.* * Experience in managing e-commerce websites (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar). * Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace reporting dashboards. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions. * Knowledge of tools like *Helium10, JungleScout, DataHawk, SellerApp, or Walmart analytics tools* is a plus.
