We are looking for Marketing Specialist (FMCG Industry, Food & Packaging). Location: Noida Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and market trends. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare reports. Manage social media channels and digital marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies for advertising and promotional activities. Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to boost brand presence. Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong analytical skills and experience in market research. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
