Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Goodlife Consumer Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing consumer brand focused on delivering quality products through strong online and offline channels. We are expanding our digital footprint and looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to support and grow our marketplace operations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to handle day-to-day marketplace operations, product listings, and performance optimization across leading e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve visibility and conversions
• Track daily orders, returns, cancellations, and coordinate with operations/warehouse teams
• Assist in managing advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or over-stocking
• Analyze sales performance, pricing, and competitor activity
• Support promotional activities, deals, and seasonal sale events
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and company guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
• Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and sales reporting
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
