 About the Role:  Lead Panther is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to support our digital growth and brand communication efforts across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about content creation, branding, and social media strategies. You will gain exposure to realtime brand management, audience engagement, campaign execution, and performance optimization.        Key Responsibilities:    Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of daily social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)   Research current trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and engaging   Collaborate with the design team to generate creative visual content (posts, stories, carousels, reels, etc.)   Write captions and post copy aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives   Manage community engagement – responding to comments, DMs, and moderating discussions   Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite   Support in executing paid campaigns and influencer collaborations   Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and growth strategies        Required Skills & Qualifications:    Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field   Basic understanding of major social platforms and trends   Strong written communication and storytelling skills   Creativity, attention to detail, and a good visual sense   Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus   Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, or scheduling tools is preferred   Strong time management and teamwork skills         What You Will Gain:    Realworld experience managing live social media accounts   Exposure to brand strategy and digital campaign planning   Certification and Letter of Recommendation after successful completion   Possibility of a fulltime role based on performance
