Position Overview


We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to spearhead and elevate the recruitment function at Affle 3i. As a core architect of our people engine, you will be responsible for scaling our hiring operations across diverse business verticals — including technology, product, sales, and corporate functions in alignment with our rapid growth and innovation goals.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can blend long-term vision with hands-on execution, build a strong top-of-funnel engine, and strengthen our ability to consistently hire top-tier talent in highly competitive markets. You will play a critical role in defining sourcing strategies, shaping our employer brand, and delivering a seamless, high-quality candidate experience — all while leading, coaching, and enabling a high-performing TA team. As Affle 3i expands its footprint and deepens its tech-first positioning, your work will directly influence the quality of talent that drives our next phase of growth.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Affle 3i’s dynamic business goals and growth trajectory.
  • Analyze sourcing performance metrics and continuously optimise efforts to increase conversion rates and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to forecast hiring needs and convert them into actionable plans.
  • Build and scale efficient, data-driven hiring processes, frameworks and KPIs.
  • Establish clear frameworks, success metrics, and KPIs to continuously improve hiring effectiveness and ensure accountability across the TA function.

Talent Sourcing & Hiring Excellence

  • Demonstrated experience in proactive headhunting, including identifying high-potential talent, engaging passive candidates, and conducting initial evaluations to ensure strong alignment with role and organisational requirements
  • Lead full-cycle hiring efforts for leadership, technology, product, sales and data roles.
  • Implement data-driven sourcing strategies to improve quality of hire and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Ensure excellence in talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Strengthen Affle’s employer brand through talent marketing, social engagement and partnerships.
  • Champion a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business heads and hiring managers, ensuring alignment between hiring priorities and business objectives.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations by providing hiring insights, market intelligence and timely updates on hiring progress.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Technology, Tools & Analytics

  • Evaluate and enhance TA technology stack including ATS, CRM and analytics dashboards.
  • Leverage recruitment data to track key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and offer-to-join ratios.
  • Present regular hiring reports and insights to senior leadership.


Experience & Education

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in hiring for tech-first, digital, or product-based companies.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field preferred.



Domain Expertise

  • Proven ability to scale hiring across functions including technology, executive and commercial roles.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian and APAC talent markets; global hiring exposure is a plus.
  • Proficient in recruitment analytics, employer branding and DEI best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and talent tech tools.

Soft Skills

  • Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High degree of accountability, problem-solving and decision-making capability.
