Talent Acquisition Director

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Drive and own the complete TA strategy for Technology, Engineering, and Functional hiring across the GCC.
  • Build robust talent pipelines for niche and hard to hire roles
  • Oversee workforce planning in collaboration with business leaders and HRBPs.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with senior leadership (Global / India) to understand business needs and align hiring priorities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, present data insights, and provide hiring forecasts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business heads on market intelligence and hiring feasibility.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing TA team.
  • Drive capability building within the team on sourcing, assessments, technology tools, and candidate experience.
  • Implement best practices for productivity, bandwidth allocation, and performance.

Process Excellence & TA Operations

  • Own and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring speed, quality, and excellent candidate experience.
  • Ensure strong coordination between sourcing, recruitment operations, onboarding, and HR teams.

Metrics, Reporting & Dashboards

  • Create and track TA dashboards covering TAT, pipeline health, offer-to-join ratio, conversion ratios, hiring forecasts, recruiter productivity, etc.
  • Drive KPI discipline across TA teams.
  • Utilise data to present hiring trends, market availability, and risks to leadership.

Technology & Tools

  • Leverage ATS, HR systems, and analytics tools to improve hiring efficiency (Greenhouse / Workday / SuccessFactors, etc.,).
  • Advocate for automation, AI tools, and continuous TA process upgrades.

Employer Branding

  • Work with global branding teams to build the GCCs employer value proposition.
  • Drive recruitment marketing campaigns for tech, engineering, and functional talent.

    Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • 15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in hiring across

    Tech, Engineering, and Corporate functions

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Deep understanding of

    recruitment analytics, reporting, KPIs, and dashboards
