Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Client Outreach

  • Identify and engage potential clients across manufacturing, education, healthcare, and heritage sectors.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using Zoho CRM tools.
  • Research industry trends and target organizations that can benefit from Digital Twin and Immersive Experience in the heavy industrial segment
  • Generate qualified leads through digital outreach, networking, and events.

2. Solution Pitching & Proposal Development

  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand IAVerse’s offerings and customize pitches.
  • Create and present solution decks, proposals, and demos to potential clients.
  • Articulate the ROI and technical benefits of immersive technologies for client-specific problems.

3. Partnerships & Collaboration

  • Build partnerships with system integrators, OEMs, and enterprise clients.
  • Identify opportunities for co-branding or joint ventures in digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and partners.

4. Market Strategy & Business Growth

  • Analyze market needs and feedback to inform new product or service strategies.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for Digital twin systems, AR marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead nurturing campaigns and brand visibility.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate client databases, contact records, and deal pipelines.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to leadership.
  • Track KPIs such as lead conversion rate, deal size, and market penetration.

Key Skills & Competencies

  1. Technical & Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding of

    AR/VR technologies, IoT, 3D visualization, and Digital Twin ecosystems.

  • Ability to grasp complex technical solutions and translate them into client-friendly business value.

2.Sales & Communication Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and enterprise sales.
  • Strong storytelling ability to explain futuristic technologies in simple business terms.

3.Analytical & Strategic Thinking

  • Market research and competitor analysis skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Ability to identify emerging industry opportunities and align them with IAVerse’s vision.

4.Tools & Platforms

  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, Notion, etc.)
  • Basic digital marketing understanding (LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach).

5.Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration.
  • MBA in Marketing / Strategy is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in

    B2B tech sales, SaaS, AR/VR, or Industrial Automation

    preferred.
