Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Business Development located in Bengaluru. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating and executing business plans, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Account Management
• Skilled in Contract Negotiation
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
