Role Description This full-time hybrid role of Director of Business Development entails developing and executing strategies to drive new business, managing existing client accounts, and leading contract negotiations. The role involves a mix of in-office work based in Chennai and some work-from-home flexibility. The Director will also be engaged in identifying potential business opportunities and generating leads to grow the business. Qualifications Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation Experience in Business Planning and Strategy Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Account Management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred Experience in technology consulting or a related sector is a plus
