Job Description

As an Associate Director/ Director at our company, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales goals for a specific geography/ territory/service line. Your main responsibilities will include efficiently managing the selling process, maintaining and enhancing existing client relations, and building relationships with potential customers. This is an Individual Contributor role where you will be directly responsible for sales target achievement and pipeline building. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets by: - Directly responsible for achieving sales targets in all service lines for the international and domestic territory - Conduct detailed and accurate sales forecasting, build pipeline, and budget for overall territory/services - Represent the company at various events and meetings to enhance sales, build a network of contacts, and identify new business opportunities - Analyze customer requirements, evaluate suitability of offerings, and pitch for sales - Create and deliver tailored presentations to win business - Pipeline Building: - Accurately forecast sales for the assigned territory and build a strong pipeline - Gather market intelligence and share relevant customer knowledge with the organization - Efficiently manage sales operations by: - Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sales goals - Coordinate with internal functions for sales objectives - Monitor customer satisfaction, update sales tools, and comply with reporting norms - Ensure optimal financial budget management and collections as per agreements - Client relationship: - Engage with clients, cultivate effective business relationships, and manage customer expectations - Proactively communicate with clients, travel for in-person meetings, and explore new client engagements - Ensure high morale and skill development by: - Collaborating with team members - Participating in relevant trainings and staying updated on industry trends Qualifications: - Masters in Business Administration (Marketing) with a graduation in Science - 8 to 12 years of relevant business development experience Additional Details: Our company values excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) to effectively showcase our value proposition.
