Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Director of Business Development, located in Noida. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing accounts, negotiating contracts, and contributing to the company's growth strategy. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Planning
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and identifying and nurturing new opportunities
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to establish and manage strategic partnerships
• Experience with Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead within a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of digital assets and financial technology is a plus
