As a Procurement & Field Verification Officer, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our trades by physically verifying each transaction on the ground. Your responsibilities will include visiting supplier sites, confirming stock availability and quality, and overseeing daily loading activities. Your responsibilities will include visiting supplier warehouses or farms to verify stock and inspect quality. You will need to ensure that the stock aligns with the agreed terms such as volume, grade, and packaging. Additionally, supervising physical lifting activities, providing real-time updates and reports to internal teams, and aiding in dispute resolution by offering factual reporting and validation are essential parts of your role. To excel in this role, you must be willing to travel frequently across India, with travel expenses covered. Previous experience in field procurement, warehouse operations, or quality control is preferred. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate reports and records are essential. Moreover, being comfortable working in rural and agricultural environments is crucial for success in this position.
