Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Business Development located in Abroad. The Director will lead new business development efforts, manage client accounts, drive lead generation strategies, and ensure successful contract negotiations. Responsibilities will also include developing strategic business plans, identifying opportunities for growth, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in New Business Development and proficiency in identifying potential opportunities to drive growth
  • Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and building effective sales pipelines
  • Experience in Contract Negotiation and managing agreements that align with business objectives
  • Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships
  • Excellent communication, networking, and leadership capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the immigration or visa consultancy industry is a plus
