As an Executive Assistant at Comviva, you will be part of the Business Development role in the MCS Product Unit, focusing on Key Accounts & Global Markets. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to achieving OB, Revenue targets, and business growth in collaboration with the Regional Sales team. This role will require you to support and execute the defined business plan for the financial year, working as an individual contributor. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Regional Sales team to maintain positive relationships with customers. - Manage Bid Management, RFP Response & submissions, Business Case preparation, Commercial Proposals, etc. - Provide extensive support to market unit representatives in sales process management. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Unit Engineering, CS, Product Management, Delivery, Legal, Finance & Regional Sales team for customer engagement & responses on RFP/RFI/RFQ/Proactive submissions. - Present Product Value Propositions, Technical/Functional Competencies, and drive Customer Engagement, Lead Generation & Business Development. - Demonstrate proficiency in Telecom Domain including Messaging, CPaaS Domain, Network APIs, Monetization & Service Delivery Platform portfolios. - Exhibit teamwork, prioritize effectively, and deliver results. - Utilize analytical skills for forecasting business plans. - Understand customer requirements and align responses & commercial strategy accordingly.
