We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic HR leader who can partner with our senior leadership to build and scale a high-performance, deeply engaged organization. This is a mission-critical role that blends people strategy, culture-building, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Drive

  • Shape people strategy across the company—employee experience, culture, workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, compensation, and leadership development.
  • Partner closely with leadership teams to design and execute people initiatives that support FinAGG’s rapid growth.
  • Act as the HR lead/SPOC for head office, customer experience, and pan-India teams.
  • Build deep relationships across employee groups to understand needs and craft solutions that improve engagement and performance.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen employee morale, foster culture, and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Oversee compliance, employee relations, and sensitive investigations with fairness and objectivity.
  • Drive internal communication, leadership onboarding, and alignment around people priorities.
  • Collaborate with all HR functions—TA, People Ops, Admin & Facilities—to streamline processes and elevate the HR ecosystem.
  • Advocate for and scale FinAGG’s values, ensuring culture remains consistent as we grow.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 8–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as HR Head in a startup (Fintech preferred).
  • Ability to convert business priorities into people strategies that reinforce our mission, vision, and values.
  • Strong command of core HR areas—org design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, and employment laws.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across levels and functions.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders and resolve sensitive and high-impact employee issues.
  • Strong judgment to balance company, manager, and employee needs while ensuring compliance.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
