Job Description

Drive Sales for invoice discounting loan product • Identify and engage with Trader’s and DSA network for sourcing and lead generations. • Strong ability to build the distributor’s channel to increase the leads. • Develop a sales pipeline through lead generation, Referrals, and market research. • Present and explain the features, benefits, and terms of PID and SID • Work closely with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth processing of client applications. • Liaison with internal stake holders /Tele calling team in driving customer lead generation activity and closures • Having strong knowledge about the invoice selling products • Understanding about the market competition and the customer requirements • Having strong background and deep knowledge about the target base for sourcing the Invoice financing products Performance Management: • Achieve individual and team sales targets • Train and mentor sales executives to improve product knowledge and sales skills • Stay updated on product features, industry developments, and regulations. Qualifications and Experience:- • Bachelor’s degree in Business finance, or related field ( MBA preferred) • Proven track record in sales, especially in financial products like, Invoice discounting, loans and Overdrafts. • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role • Strong understanding of financial products, especially PID and SID • Goal oriented with the ability to work under pressure Additional Requirements: Show more Show less
